Textile sustainability data comes from two worlds: the product chain and the factory floor. Zero@Textile connects both perspectives by structuring supplier-side product data and factory-side operational data into readiness, evidence and decision-support workflows.
Structures product-level Digital Product Passport (DPP) readiness, supplier data intake, evidence linking, PEF data preparation, and consumer-facing or verifier-facing passport previews across supply chain tiers.
Reconstructs factory-side operational datasets covering energy loggers, water flows, production lists, chemicals, laboratory reports, certificates, and generates comparison-ready outputs against historical outputs.
Textile companies already generate large amounts of operational and supplier data: ERP exports, Excel sheets, lab reports, certificates, energy and water records, shipment files, production sheets and sustainability declarations.
